Intel hired 32° digital to create an internal reporting strategy and a set of deliverables that helped inform their global partner thought leadership team about how their partners were being engaged with Intel content. Working with teams in South America, North America, Europe, and Asia we created different reporting interfaces for each team based on the internal messaging and communication strategies that they were employing with their partners. We created a plan to track and decipher data related to partner logins, video views, returning visitor actions, follow up partner needs and other internal site metrics.
With this data Intel’s team was able to build stronger relationships with their partners and understand the type of content that they were engaging with on the internal site.
