Rugged SEO Campaign For a Rugged Product

NEC’s rugged new phone needed an SEO strategy behind it that would help get in front of the rugged consumers that would appreciate a water proof and dust proof phone.

Their specialized phone for tough and rugged industry workers required technical content and creative ways to show how the product works.  Working with NEC, we employed a content strategy targeting top of the funnel keywords all the way down to very specific product feature and type keywords.  As a result, we saw an immediate influx of traffic when the new site was launched, and the Search Engine driven traffic increased immediately by 40%.  New visitors increased to over 82% from less than 50%.
